About the Author
Marcia McMullen, inspired by outstanding mentors, combined her research and teaching experience to design and implement a one-to-one mentoring program for youth for which she has served as executive director. Patricia Miller entered the mentoring field several years ago, bringing her expertise in strategic program planning and organizational management. She is a fellow of the Midwest Center for Nonprofit Leadership at the University of Missouri at Kansas City.
